Cash Pay Rates

Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation: $300

Medication Management and Follow-up Visits: $150

Co-payments

Please note that all co-payments are expected to be settled and due at the time of service.

We offer self-pay options by cash, debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Venmo, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or ACH bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice if you cannot make your appointment, since otherwise, we cannot use this allotted visit time. You will incur a missed visit fee or a late cancellation fee of $25 for the first occurrence. Subsequent missed visits or late cancellation fee is $100.00.
